3. Refund Policy

Once a service deal is confirmed and payment is made, clients are eligible for a refund only within 24 hours of confirmation.

After 24 hours, no refund will be processed as resources and planning begin immediately post-confirmation.

All refund requests must be sent in writing to support@glitis.com within the 24-hour window.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide necessary content, access, and timely feedback to avoid delays in project delivery. GLITIS is not liable for delays caused due to lack of input or response from the client side.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client data, credentials, and business information shared with us during the project.

6. Ownership

Once the project is completed and full payment is made, ownership of the final deliverables (website, app, designs, etc.) is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified.
